Tasks are additional steps required for the claim user to redeem a reward. The admin who creates the reward can include multiple required tasks for users to complete.
Personal info
The email task will ask the claim user to verify their email address and opt-in to future emails before they can claim the reward.
Social Activities
- Follow Task: The follow task will ask the claim user to follow a specified Twitter account before they can claim the reward. As an admin user, all you need is the Twitter handle of the account you want claimers to follow. For guidance on locating your Twitter handle, please refer to this.
- Like Task: The like task will ask the claim user to like a specified Tweet before they can claim the reward. As an admin user, you will need the URL of the Tweet you want users to like. For guidance on finding a Tweet's URL, please refer to this.
- Retweet Task: The retweet task will ask the claim user to retweet the specified Tweet before they can claim the reward. As an admin, you will need the URL of the Tweet you want users to retweet. You can learn more about finding a Tweets URL here.
The Instagram view task asks claim users to go to the Instagram page linked before they can claim the reward. As an admin, you will need the URL of the Instagram account you want users to view. For guidance on finding an Instagram profile URL, please refer to this guide.
YouTube
The YouTube view task asks claim users to visit the specified YouTube page before they can claim the reward. As an admin, you'll need the URL of the YouTube channel you want claimers to view.
TikTok

Discord
The Discord join server task requires claim users to join the Discord server before they can claim the reward. Admin users need the Discord server URL as well as the server ID. You can learn more about finding a Discord server ID here.
